4) Information You Must Include

To process your request quickly, please include:

  1. Direct link(s) / URL(s) to the content (each page link where the content appears)

  2. A clear explanation of the issue and what you are requesting (restore / remove / correct)

  3. Your full name and the best way to contact you

  4. If you are a person depicted: a brief statement confirming you are the person depicted

  5. If you are an agent/rightsholder: proof of authorization (basic documentation is acceptable)

  6. Any supporting information that helps us investigate (screenshots, timestamps, etc.)

We may request additional information if needed to verify identity/authority and to prevent fraudulent requests.

5) Review Timeline

We aim to respond and begin processing within 24 hours (business days).
Most cases are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on complexity and verification.

6) What Happens After You Submit

After we receive your request, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt (usually by email)

  • Review the content, the report reason, and any supporting information

  • Decide whether to restore, keep removed, remove additional instances, or apply restrictions

  • Inform you of the outcome when appropriate

7) Possible Outcomes

An appeal or request may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Content restored (if removal was incorrect)

  • Content remains removed (if removal was correct under policy)

  • Content permanently removed (especially for consent/privacy concerns)

  • Additional URLs removed (if the same content appears in multiple places)

  • Account restrictions or other enforcement actions where applicable

8) Repeat Requests and New Evidence

If your appeal is denied, you may submit one additional appeal if you have:

  • New evidence, or

  • A clear correction to previously submitted information (wrong URL, misidentification, etc.)

9) Disagreement Resolution by Neutral Body (Required)

Please also note that should there be a disagreement regarding an appeal, the merchants must allow such disagreement to be resolved by a neutral body.
